How The Program Works
I’ve been off and on with the fitness game since high school. Mostly it would be a time of strict diet and working out twice a day everyday, but eventually I’d fall into the same patterns and lose interest. Talking with Chaz, he cracked the code for me that it can’t be pedal to the metal 24/7. He taught me that small changes here and there with consistent activity is the best way for me personally. I’ve now been having much better success sticking to a diet and exercise routine.
I just completed my best bike ride I’ve ever done and literally never would have been fueled correctly for it. That’s 100% because of learning how to eat correctly before and during the ride. I didn’t know how to do that before and Chaz helped me totally revamp the way I eat and exercise for biking as well as workouts my wife and I do at home.
